Your Guide

Let owner and operator, Kyle Kern be your guide on a River Life Airboat Tour.

Raised in Cedar Bluffs, Nebraska, Kyle has been a lifetime member of the Nebraska Airboat Association since 2009 and has served on the board as a director since 2013.

Kyle knows the ins and outs of the river and will show you a fantastic time! Contact Kyle today.

Need to Know

* What do I need to bring?
   Sunglasses, sunscreen, a camera, a cooler with whatever you want to drink, a jacket for evening or fall-time rides. (Headsets for hearing protection and lifejackets are provided.)

* Bugs can be a bother on evening rides so eye protection is recommended.

* Your behaved pet is welcome to ride along.

* Please show-up at least 10 minutes early for your ride.

Holy Mushrooms!

Spring is the perfect time to take a ride, relax and enjoy Mother Nature while getting something good to eat!

These Morel mushrooms were hunted during one of the River Life Tours and are delicious sauteed in butter with your favorite cut of steak!

About the Platte River

The Platte River is a major river in the state of Nebraska and is about 310 mi (500 km) long. Measured to its farthest source via its tributary the North Platte River, it flows for over 1,050 miles (1,690 km). The Platte River is a tributary of the Missouri River, which in turn is a tributary of the Mississippi River which flows to the Gulf of Mexico.
